I won an auction and payed for it. Do I have to contact seller or simply wait for delivery

1st time purchase on ebay. I won, do I have to contact seller or simply wait for delivery. The payment was made and I have confimation #. I assume the seller has all the info from my ebay account to make this delivery to the address provided. I am on ebay.ca, he is on ebay.com(us) I don't think this matters.  Thanks

It should be no problem. As long as your address is up to...

It should be no problem. As long as your address is up to date, you shouldn't have a problem. If you don't hear from the seller or see a delivery within 10 days feel free to contact the seller. In the meantime, if you feel a little worrisome, click "contact seller" and send them a message.

Good Luck and welcome to ebay!

This should not cause you any concern. Is the confirmation number from Paypal for your payment or did you get a number from eBay confirming shipment?

EBay has very strong buyer protections. You can make a refund claim for up to 45 days after the transaction.

But for the moment, relax. It's mail order.
