If you don't buy it you will get an Unpaid Strike against you and

most sellers have a block in place where bids made buy buyers

with 2 unpaid item strikes against them will be unable to bid on their

items.

It takes time and money for sellers to make listings so they don't

need the hassle of people playing games.
