End the auction NOW.
If your buyer pays promptly the payment will go nowhere and your buyer will be annoyed and frustrated. Also there will be no way for you to get the money.
Don't try to revise. END IT. So it costs you ten minutes and 30 cents for the listing. It could be much much worse.
If you have any bids, let your customers know what is happening so that they can re-bid if they are still interested.

The Air Jordan shoes?
Your customer demographic is testy and entitled. Don't try to use common sense with them. As I said, just end the auction and relist.

You can change the PayPal email address when you send an invoice.

But what if they pay before an invoice can be sent? Some people actually pay immediately as soon as they have won the item. I agree, cancel then relist correctly and take a chance that the bidder will see the newly listed item.

Op wont be able to add the address that doesn't exist. Since its the domain that is wrong no one will have it. If the buyer paid you'd have to get the buyer to cancel. If its the auction that is running now, its too late to end

It's not too late, but the seller must end all the bids BEFORE ending the auction, otherwise he has to sell to the high bidder.

it was too late then as there was less then 12 hours left with a bid
