Everyone has selling limits. eBay's way of trying to limit malfeasance. You will have a listing limit of number of widgets, and a listing max. Once you hit those limits, per month, you are not permitted to list in that month again. Any active listings will still be available for purchasing.
After three months, I think, and/or a certain level of sales they can start raining your limits.
Another way of getting limits raised is by doing what you are doing, I think, proving who you are and what you are doing.

Until you are an established seller with higher limits, do not waste your low number of listings on $1 or $5 items. There is no point in that.

While the eBay Canada corporate office were on St Clair Ave, in Toronto (I have visited the office, I know where it was) eBay Canada has moved to another location in Toronto several months ago.
Still, sending by mail is NOT the answer to the problem.
That info is useless. A legal address is a lot different than the address you need. Work on your emailing of the info.
I do not even think a physical Canadian address is any good anyway, as it gets processed somewhere in the USA.

I tried already Internet Explorer and Google Chrome on 2 different computers on different days.
I think the lady I talked to was in the US and the link she emailed me was from ebay.com. I think, I'll give it another try and call them again today (just don't like the long waiting time).
