Hi,
I just started out on Ebay. In my account it says that I am limited to list 10 items.
Today I called to ask how I could increase the limit:
They sent me a link where I'm supposed to send them a copy of my driver's license. However, I'm unable to upload the photos even though I use Chrome as they suggest and I also checked the image size.
Is there an address where I could mail this copy or a fax number?
Also, some information on these selling limits would be helpful (I find it kind of confusing).
Thanks for any help.

"You will have a listing limit of number of widgets,"
Until you are an established seller with higher limits, do not waste your low number of listings on $1 or $5 items. There is no point in that.

They reside in Ontario but registered in NB. Had to pay some small nominal cost for public record access, yours for free

Unfortunately, the information is out-of-date and, as such, meaningless.
While the eBay Canada corporate office were on St Clair Ave, in Toronto (I have visited the office, I know where it was) eBay Canada has moved to another location in Toronto several months ago.
Still, sending by mail is NOT the answer to the problem.

I am not sure if Toronto address is usable for purpose of original poster but it's current public record, I requested document about two weeks ago to mail some paperwork. Registered Office is actually a law firm, which was suitable for our client.

Thank you all for your input
I tried already Internet Explorer and Google Chrome on 2 different computers on different days.
I think the lady I talked to was in the US and the link she emailed me was from ebay.com. I think, I'll give it another try and call them again today (just don't like the long waiting time).
Again, thanks for your help.

I have good news!
Just called them again and they gave me a fax number.
Btw, it seems like 08.00 am is a good time to call. I didn't have to wait at all.
