It may be possible if you paid by credit card but credit card companies
also have time limits.
If you paid with a credit card , phone the 1-800 number on the back of the card
and inquire about doing a chargeback.
Have all relevant information handy.

Based on what a buyer has said a few years ago owhen they needed to file a chargeback, the credit card company gives you 90 days from date of payment to file a chargeback.
Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
