EBay can expect eight those to open a dispute and get their money back for non-delivery within 45 days.
Eight will leave scathing and poorly spelled negative feedback for the seller, but do nothing else.
Two will accept the replacement and be astonished that it doesn't arrive either.
Three will post angrily to Boards condemning eBay and vowing never to return.
One will post to a Board about how he hasn't recieved his item after many emails over the previous eight months.
Two will forget they made the order.
One will do nothing about not getting the item.
