New eBay user agreement - page cannot be displayed - hard to agree to that!

After I sign in, this is what comes up: "This page may have moved or is no longer available. Please try one of the following:" with a bunch of options after that, can cut and paste them in if you want.

(Interestingly, the "tab" in IE says "Global Shipping Program")

I haven't received anything about a new user agreement.

I am not getting it any more either....I am presuming they're fixing it?

I suspect it has something to do with the new eBay.com user agreement being tied in with the Global Shipping Program which is, of course, not available to us Canucks.
