After I sign in, this is what comes up: "This page may have moved or is no longer available. Please try one of the following:" with a bunch of options after that, can cut and paste them in if you want.

(Interestingly, the "tab" in IE says "Global Shipping Program")
Let me know if you need something else instead.
I'll keep saying "tell me later" incase you need me to do more tests....

I suspect it has something to do with the new eBay.com user agreement being tied in with the Global Shipping Program which is, of course, not available to us Canucks.
