No Powerseller Discount Glitch?

Has anyone else who should have gotten a Powerseller Discount this last billing cycle NOT get it? When I go to the dashboard it doesn't show any comparison figures for the past month and I have way way more than the 10 required. I also have 4.9 + all across the board.

I have contacted eBay who opened a case file and am waiting for their response.

Dashboard seems to be glitchy for some Canadians.

My main page shows 0% discount but if you click through to the discount page it shows TRS 20% discount on "blank" invoice.

Checking the actual invoice and the discount is there.

Hey recped...almost did recognize you with the cat. You are right. The dashboard shows no discount but the invoice does.
