Headline reading does no good. This is posturing for the press and to scare people. Diplomats talk all the time. Do not think for a second that the North Koreans, Chinese, Americans, Russians are not constantly talking.

No way the Chinese are going to let that little petulant puppet regime de-stabilize the whole region. Kim Jong-uh exists at the pleasure of China.
