What do I do when I bought an item from the ebay.com site and my package hasn't arrived after 2 weeks? Theres a tracking number though. But when I click on it, it tells me that the item was delivered a week ago to a US address. I"m in Canada!!! I emailed the seller but got no response. And when I try to open a case ebay keeps telling me that the item was delivered and that I should contact the seller. You can no longer contact ebay if there's a tracking number and you haven't received your item. What can I do to resolve this.

Hello 'deals...',
Is there any chance the item you bought was from a GSP (Global Shipping Program)?
If so, that might mean your item was 'delivered' to an address in Kentucky. That is where the
seller ships the item, -- to the GSP processing plant in Kentucky.
From there it will get resent (and maybe even repackaged) on to another carrier, who will
eventually pass it on to (most likely) Canada Post.
If it is a GSP item, the thing is on its way but it will take a lot longer than you anticipated.
Yet another reason why few people ever make the mistake of buying from GSP users more
than once.

What is the tracking number?

In my experience the real delivery times are:
From Europe- seven to fifteen days
From Canada and USA- fifteen to twenty days
From Asia- thirty to forty days.
The item is on its way. It will arrive allowing for the August Holiday, around the fifth.
