Package returned, unable to forward

I just had a package returned that says "Return to sender, unable to forward"  What does that mean, is it the same as unable to deliver?

I checked the weight etc. and there is no problem there. Can I send it again when it is marked with the date 2014 01 21?

I think I would contact your buyer first, almost sounds like they have moved and not changed their ship to address. If no problem there, I think you (or hubby) would have to take it to the post office, not just drop it in a box.

I got couple of times like that, one because incomplete address (no appartement number), another one because they moved but forgot to submit new address when placing the order.

Thank you vintagenorth, my hubby always takes all my mail to the post office. I have had returns before saying "not at this address", or "unable to deliver" but never unable to forward, it almost seems as if it was stopped at the border. The address looks fine, I will contact the buyer, I am surprised that in 6 weeks she has not contacted me.
