Shipping not specified in search results, but amount in actual listings

Today, when I went to search for an item and sorted by "price + shipping, lowest first" I got a ton of listings in my search results mixed in with the regular ones that say "shipping not specified" (normally I don't see that at all - I think because they're usually put at the end of the list). When I click on any individual listing that says "shipping not specified" in the search, the shipping IS clearly specified in the listing. (See the attached picture).
Making comparisons just by looking at the list has become ridiculous now, as I have to jump into each item and confirm what the shipping actually costs. Why is it suddenly doing this?
Apparently ebay changed their algorithm.

Apparently ebay changed their algorithm.
Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
