Telephone Contact with a live human at EBay?

Hello All,

I hope the summer is treating you well.
What is the easiest way to get hold of a live person at EBay?
If I remeber correctly there is a phone line for store subscribers (which we are but we've let the inventory dwindle to nothing).
I tried an e-mail to the pinks last week, but I guess the people I sent it to are on holiday.
Your collective and singular wisdom would be much appreciated.

If you log into your manage my store in your my ebay, you will also see that you can contact them with skype.

It's possible that the pinks have been turned into eBorg. It pays to read the fine print in your employment contract.
