I ordered a product on November 11th and the estimated delivery time stated November 20th - December 1st. I haven't received my product yet (it is December 2nd right now). I contacted the seller and they generously gave me the tracking number the following day. I'm in Toronto Canada and the seller is in North Coralina USA. On my tracking number, it stated the following, Last scanned date: Friday Nov 21, 2014, Package Location N/A, Delivery message: Processed through sort facility, Shipping Status: In transit, Shipping Carrier: USPS. Wait... so my package is still in the states when it is supposed to be in Canada by now? Why is the package location N/A? What should I do now?

see if anything shows up if you put the tracking number into Canada Post tracking info

Oh, I guess it has been in Canada for a week and a half. Thank you for the reply. I guess I'll just wait for another week to see if it arrives by then.

The delivery dates given by postal services are guesswork and very optimistic guess work at that.
I would allow a good 20 days for delivery from the USA to your doorstep normally. And we are now into the holiday period when the mailstream is very heavy.
Remember too that while fewer people may use the mail for Christmas cards, a lot of those online purchases that commentators go on about are shipped by post.
Canada Post has reduced its estimated shipping time over the past few years from a Last Day for Christmas Arrival of about November 15 to :

between December 1 and December 22 depending on how much you want to spend for zippedy do dah express shipping.

What type of shipping is showing up on USPS and did you pay for that type?
-1> First-Class Package International Service?
-2>Priority Mail International Parcels?
- or?
I don't think the Priority should take that long??!?
I just bought something from the US and paid for express shipping but at first glance my seller looks to have shipped the cheaper slower method (2>First Class - deceiving name) and perhaps pocketing the remaining shipping $ I paid - I'll see once the package arrives... Hope your seller is not doing the same to you...
