I just received a package Today (2 and a half months after I ordered), purchased & paid in september, got refunded a month later, now I want to repay for the items, do I go to my paypal and send the money back to the seller's email or do I contact the seller and wait for a new invoice?
I never had to do this before , fortunately I have not left a feedback for the seller yet .
Please let me know what you think is the best course of action.

The easiest way is to contact the seller and ask for an invoice.

Thanks for the reply Pierre, what about the feedback? do I give her 5 stars ? the delay wasn't her fault but if I give her 5 stars for shipping, it will not be "factual" as it's a commonly given advice on this forum, I don't want to lower her DSR rating either.

It is too late to give feedback and DSRs. That can only be done within 60 days of purchase.

Of she left feedback for you, you can add a Response indefinitely.
Since your problem was about delivery time, check the postmark date. The fault may have been the postal system rather than the seller.
The most effective Responses, like the most effective feedback, are calm and factual.
"Paid 1/9/15 Shipped 2/9/15 refund 30/10/15 Arrived 2/12/15" perhaps. And if that is too many keystrokes, leave out 'refund 30/10/15" .

I just sent her the money but couldn't leave a reply to her feedback, tried it twice by going to "feedback forum/reply to feedback you received" ,clicked on "reply", but I got the following message:
Feedback error:
sorry. you have no feedback, you can not respond to feedback you don not have!
Anyhow, I'm not too worried about leaving a response, she got the money back ,that's the main thing.
Thank you for the advice, now I know more about the process even though my response did not get acknowledged.

As stated earlier, post #4, it is too late to leave feedback. It must be left within 60 days of transaction date. There is no way around that.
