I'm wondering if there is a place to red flag a Seller. I was just recently scammed by a U.S. Ebay Seller. I'm a Cdn whom purchased a Huge Lot of Miche Shells, Bases & Accessories from the U.S. on Dec. 10/13 with a estimated delivery of Dec. 19 - 30/13. Due to weather conditions in both countries I waited until Jan. 7/14 to contact the Seller, whom said she would look into it. Having not heard anything, I replied back to her again on the 14th of Jan. Will she seemed to have forgotten and would looked into it. As I was starting to get notification from Ebay to say if there was a problem contact the Resolution Centre. So have numerous emails back and for the from the Seller to Me, I contacted Ebay on the 21st and was informed that I had until the 29th of Jan. but to maybe do a claim if I had not received the items by the 28th of Jan.14, You guessed it, I called Ebay on the 28th and after spending 2 hours back and forth between Ebay and Paypal, they said they would override and put a claim in. Contacted them again on the 30th of Jan./14 and again back and forth and no results.
This is when I wanted them to say "Hey, we screwed up because we have the 21st phone call recorded saying the rep made a mistake and here's your money back". Will that did not happen and I received a email from Paypal saying no we will not the 45 days were up before you made a claim.
I have contacted all government authorities with regards to this Seller and reported her fraudulent charges. I have also contacted her relatives on face book and she had two feed backs and I contacted. Will one of the feed back contacts told me she got ripped off from the same seller but she didn't do anything because they corresponded through personal emails, as you can get these email addresses once the sale goes through. Her aunt contacted me through face book and was appalled that her niece could or would do such a thing as was not mad that I resorted to social media.
What I need to know is: Is there a place to post these names of these sellers with their email/Ebay seller name and location?
Thank you, Cindy from Calgary

The way to red flag a seller is by leaving appropriate feedback which you have done already.

Sounds like you were so busy communicating that you forgot to act.
If an item does not arrive in a timely manner, contact the seller. ONCE.
If that is not satisfactory, and by satisfactory I mean a refund or a Delivery Confirmation number that showsthat the purchase has been sent and perhaps where the purchase is. open an Item Not Received Claim with eBay/Paypal.
If you are content with the seller's response, mark DAY 40 on your calendar.
If the item has not arrived by Day 40, open the Claim.
If the seller does not responde with proof of delivery, Paypal will refund you and go after the seller for their money.
Three steps and a calendar.
Now. You did leave feedback. I hope that at the same time you left Detailed Seller Ratings. Normal transactions should get Five Star Ratings. The LOWEST Rating is ONE Star. No stars is a free pass.
Here's why DSRs are important. If the seller's rating drops below 4.3, her ability to list and to sell on eBay is severely restricted. Or even ended.
If you want your money back there is probably still time.
Go to the credit card you actually paid with. Paypal is simply the processor, keeping your financial informaion private. Phone the 1-800 customer service number which is usually on the back of the card.
KISS. Keep It Simple. Tell the CS rep the date of purchase, date of payment, transaction numbers, value, shipping date (if any) .
Cards have longer deadlines than Paypal , but they do have deadlines so act immediately.

Did the seller say they would ship to Canada? It's wrong for the seller to keep your money and not ship the items of course but the listing doesn't say they ship to Canada. Was there some agreement worked out prior to bidding in which the seller agreed to ship to you?
" I have also contacted her relatives on face book"
Why are you harassing/stalking her family on facebook? You could get yourself into trouble.
