Every seller on eBay has followed a different route to where they are today.
Even before eBay showed up I would visit garage sales week after week and learned what to buy and where to sell it.
Then came eBay and I sold almost anything I found at garage sales, and then thrift stores.. Selling on eBay started in January 2003.
Then I gradually adjusted to the selling of books.... found my main category and then found complementary categories... that sold on eBay. Now I sell books... books ..... and more books on eBay.
I find my inventory at locations throughout southern Manitoba. I had to develop my way of finding inventory.... This is my choice because there are a few sellers on eBay who sell close to what I sell.
If you want to know what I know... we start talking at $10,00....I go up... you go down... or you can find your own way....
But do be careful... what each seller does on eBay is very specific to what they sell
I am very careful with whom I talk...... I do talk more openly with people that sell books, but not in my primary as well as secondary categories of books.
Each seller on eBay must learn their own way of selling on eBay....Their inventory... the inventory they actually sell on eBay ... their approach to selling.
My first recommendation to selling on eBay is to stand in front of a mirror.... and ask
Who am I? Be very direct and do not hide what you .... really are.
How do I relate to people? This relates to something called "attitude" ......
How do I deal with someone I cannot see? The reality of on-line selling
Things are very much different today than 15 years ago..... a new seller must have an absolute understanding of eBay, and must know how to adjust, and adapt without ....without ending up in
