What does this mean? Price:US $30.00Approximately C $36.24

I don't understand the "C" pricing seen on items.

Price:

US $30.00 Approximately C $36.24

What is the actual cost?

I also see this with free shipping.

As this is ebay.ca, the C$ denotes Canadian Dollars. The U$ would be the cost in USD. (You'd pay in either USD or CAD, not both.) The difference in cost is the currency conversion as at the given rate of the day. If you are buying an item listed in USD but paying with CD, your funds will be converted and you will pay the exchange rate plus a modest surcharge to your financial institution of choice to do the conversion. That also factors into your cost. You'll have to decide for yourself whether the overall cost is a good value once you factor these things into play.

You are visiting the eBay CANADA site.

Probably your seller, or one of the sellers you visited previously, is located in Canada.

Look at the URL in the top bar.

Where it says ebay.ca, change it to ebay.com, and you will be back home soon.

But come over anytime, we have Nanaimo Bars!
