What if the description of the item is not full and the seller does not answer my questions to provide more details on the item?

It is not the first time when I try to get more details on the listed item as the description was not accurate and the seller simply ignore  my questions and do not provide more details. Is there any policy that can be applied by ebay in this case?

Hi .. Not really but poor description and non-communicative seller should be a red flag for any prospective buyer.

Poor feedback and low DSRs will make seller's foray on ebay a short one.
