Why can't I sell to international buyers? Why isnt ebay allowing it, even though my listing says I sell & ship internationally....

I am selling items from Canada, and any time and international buyer tries to bid or check out - with the buy it now price, ebay disallows it. I dont know what's wrong with the way i've listed my items. I was very meticulous in filling out all the USA and international shipping details....what gives?

Your shipping looks fine. (I checked Belgium and USA 90210)

What is your customer reporting as the problem? It is possible that you have a Block that is preventing particular bids? For example, bidders with Strikes or without an active Paypal account?
