Why can't i list cars in ebay motors auction? [canada]

I go to ebay.com and it has an option to sell your car and then it asks for US info. I try to find the option in ebay canada and i couldn't find it. Is it not possible to list cars in ebay motors canada? Can't even find a contact number that works for ebay.

Although it is the US site many knowledgeable Canadians post there.

The Canadian eBay Motors Board gets very little traffic at all.

Thanks but that's the site i was on and it doesn't have the option to sell. it just gives some tutorials at the bottom of "how to sell your car" such as: take good pictures etc
