Why is ebay letting sellers false adv with their "combine shipping"? when they still charge you for each item in one box?

I am tired of being over charged for shipping. sellers are already making a profit. Combine shipping to me means one reasonable price for shipping more then one item. Not just throwing them all in to one box then charging what ever you want to send it!

False adv. This will ruin E bay!!
