That's what happens when a large company like eBaY outsources a large portion of their programming to overseas sweet houses that employ a few good programmers to headup teams of mediocre programmers.
Their is noway eBaY has a team of programmers inhouse doing this work if they do they must be hiring all the REJECTS from Silicon Valley - even grade 8 students would be able to program better that what they are producing and releasing.
I honestly believe that have no sense of what QOS means.

Proof is there ridiculous CanadaPOST Shipping Module that magically changes your weight and parcel dimensions after you post an item.
Still no word nor acknowledgement from the NEW EBAY manangement that talks about transparency and making eBaY a better place and how us sellers are supposed to step-up to the challenge.
OK sure sounds fine with me -- how about eBaY doing the same and giving the proper tools inwhich to achieve the goals you set - if shipping and delivery timeframes are so important eBaY then you would think they would fix the shipping module so we can offer the BETTER SERVICE they want us to do so.
No, instead we get announcement about useless, meaningless topics.
