problem they are losing customer pachages

three of my friends in Canada ordered products first one 4 weeks ago according to global tracking still in Erlanger KY
myself 3 weeks ago still in Erlanger last one 5 weeks ago still not receive but tracking as disappeared off global tracking all of us in dispute with paypal anything coming to Canada the packages seem to vanish
between all 3 of us 3452.00$ something is wrong here Pitney Bowe and Ebay in that joint venture seem to be the problem I WANT MY MONEY BACK

they also charge import/duties on items below the allowable limit-and you can't contact Ebay themselves anymore-they just send you around in circles on the automated system.
