can i change shipping options on an item after it has been posted?

Selling for first time and noticed the shipping cost is ridiculously high for the item being shipped. I must have picked the wrong option. Can I change the shipping options on an item after it has been posted? thanks!

Hi .. Congrats on your first sale. $14. didn't bother the bidder. Can't adjust once a bid is placed.

Can send buyer an invoice once ended and adjust..

When adjusting an invoice.. correct , preview and send. DO NOT, click on recalculate.

The shipping to Canada seems okay, but the prospective buyer is from the States and the shipping comes up as just under $80.

So just to clarify, as a seller I am in charge of sending invoice and will always get a chance to review it and adjust before it is sent. . . . .
