If the seller from China? If so, those item sometimes do take around 2 months to get to you.
You can check the estimated delivery date by going to eBay.com > My eBay > Summary >Then find your item 😉
You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim thru the eBay Money Back Guarantee (http://pages.ebay.ca/ebay-money-back-guarantee/). You can also file a claim with PayPal. They give you 180 days after the estimated delivery date.
But, wait!
You should always start by contacting your seller. They may be able to fix the problem. Give them a couple days to reply...
