In theory, any listing that shows on this site is available to Canadian buyers.
If there is a glitch that is showing you sellers that do not ship to Canada, could you show us the listing numbers so we can see if there is another problem?
As pinetreecottage says, many US sellers will not ship outside the US, even to Alaska or Hawaii. Even to their own armed forces members (who may be overseas but are deemed to be in the USA).
