ebay form will not allow me add tracking information on my sold listings what am i doing wrong

i go to sold, enter "add tracking info" and screen shows "enter tracking, shipper etc" but will not allow me to enter any information             what am i doing wrong

I also get that problem from time to time as well.

You have multiple ways to fix this. Clear your history, and temporary cookies. Depending on which browser you are using it can differ, but generally it is under tools>options>privacy>remove history/remove cookies

Or you can try using a different browser. I normally use Firefox for everything web related, but I find that using Internet Explorer I never get this problem.

If you listed your item on .com then you need to log in to the .com site first and then you can add your tracking info. At least, that's always worked for me.
