had to open un paided item case with ebay for this transaction and buyer the auction ended on Januray 16 and i only got paided for this item on Januray 29.I could not leave negative feedback during this time because ebay opened a automatic unpaided item case on my behalf buyer paided over two weeks late and i want to leave negative feedback and cannot do so can anyone help?

Seller's can only leave positive feedback so leave none. Did you not  close the case or did seller pay within the 4 days allowed. Can respond to any feedback received.

PS .. add buyer's ID to your blocked bidder list..

it took over 14 days to recieve payment after the auction date, buyer thinks that he has a 100 feedback rating that 2006 and his score is 472 that he is above the rules.I can still leave feedback but only postive feedback when this was clearly not a postive transaction.
