how do I change a negative rating to a positive

I gave a negative rating to a purchase. Now we have resolved our issues and I would like to change it to a positive. Does anyone know how I would do this?

You cannot do it as a buyer but you can ask the Seller to request a Feedback Revision. When you receive the request then you can accept or decline it.

If you still can't change it, you can leave a Response to any feedback.

Responses can be left indefinitely.

Responses also stand out on the page.

Since FB is not counted against the seller's ability to sell, having a Response will draw more attention than yet another positive FB.
