how do I make the item in my feedback private ?

You first have to list your item specifying that the auction be Private, there's a place when your listing that you put a check for this. (or it may say) "let buyer be Anonymous", then when the Item sells, in the your Feedback other people looking at your feedback cannot see the item, it will say Private....this is the same for the Buyer.

You can set your feedback to PRIVATE but you won't be allowed to sell with private feedback only buy.

The best solution is to have two seperate accounts.

One for buying ( with private feedback )

One for selling ( you can make the items private when you list )
