how do i contact ebay by phone to sort a problem that does not appear anywhere ???

i need to contact ebay by phone regarding two items i bought and when i clicked on PAY NOW  it showed as MARK AS PAID. I TRIED AND TRIED TO PAY but could get it to change, tried getting help from ebay  for several weeks ...i want the items i bought , my reputation is at stake ...i am a good buyer I NEED HELP ! HOW DO I REACH EBAY BY PHONE ???

Customer Support - top right corner- chose topic, and after that Contact ebay option, on the right will be phone sign, they will give you a phone number and PIN.

Have you contacted the seller?

After four DAYS the seller can start an Unpaid Item Claim. After four more DAYS he can close it. The transaction ends. You get a Strike on your buyer account. The seller gets his selling fees back. Neither of you can leave feedback.

Buyers with Strikes are automatically Blocked from bidding by many if not most sellers.

And check your Paypal account. You may actually have paid.

If the item was marked as Paid, and eBay has not contacted you about an Unpaid Item Dispute, then the seller may well have shipped the item to you.

Contact the seller through eBay Messages. Ask if he has shipped, when, and by what service.
