how do i leave feedback after a purchase when it isn't an option offered in my purchase history

Click on the feedback number after your name.

Scroll down to the bottom of that page.

Click on Leave Feedback.

If any item can still accept feedback it will be there.

You have only 60 days after the listing ends to leave feedback.
