how i can cancle a bid when the bidder requests it?

A buyer would like to cancle his last bid and sent me a message hoa can I cancle it for him.

If you click on the more actions beside your sold item it will drop down a list of options.  If you click on resolve a problem this give you the option to cancel the transaction.
