i return the damage bag to seller, but he said he never receive that. what should i do?

i receive the used/ damaged bag from seller. so i return back to that guy. but he told to me he do not receive this. Canada post office shows this bag is delivered by someone. the seller said he and his wife never pick up it from post office. 

what should i do? the list on ebay is cleared, which cannot feedback and do another stuff.

what should i do?

can i ask return all of money including mail fee from seller?

Since Canada Post says the bag was picked up, you should file a Not As Described complaint with eBay, and supply the number of the return shipment.

EBay will refund your money and then go after the seller for it. There will be other penalties.

BUT

If the original payment was over $250, and you did not use both Confirmation of Delivery and Signature Confirmation, you will not be refunded.

Only DC is needed if the original payment is less than $250.

You have only 45 days for this complaint so act now.
