im ben from indonesia, im so confused and disapointed cos, i cant bid or bin for music ( cd/cassette) on ebay, always same things happend they say restrict area, why? anyone can give advice?

You are posting to eBay CANADA. Many of us have the same problem, in particular with US sellers.

Sellers are allowed to choose where they will ship. Asia is often regarded as a difficult place to sell into, though not as bad as Africa. The former Soviet Union is also looked at with trepidation.

You can ask the seller directly if you can bid. Some may agree.

Be aware that shipping from North America to Asia is very expensive, especially since your seller will want to use Air Mail (for speed) and Confirmed Delivery (for security).
