polish account, want to buy in CA & ship to CA address. how do i do that? error every time

I am based in Poland, I've just created my Polish account on eBay.
I want to buy a product from a Canadian seller and I want it to be delivered to Canadian address as well.
I don't know why but error occurs every time I type Canadian address. What can be wrong? What should I do?
I also want to use my Polish payment card. Can I do that?

Try putting the ship to address on the Paypal account.  For "buyer protection" buyers ship only to the address on Paypal.  You can change it back after this transaction.

On your ebay account: you have to set your proper address in Poland first (ebay can tell where you're logged in and whether it matches where you say you are) and then add the Canadian address as an Alternate address.

If that doesn't work, come back with an exact replication of the error message, or a screenshot of it.
