how many days is a buyer that purchased an item can take to pay? it is a time limit that buyer should expect payment?

You can open an "Unpaid Item Dispute" four days after the transaction then if they don't pay you close the dispute four days later.

You will then receive a credit for your final value fees and be able to relist.
