HI,
I sold my Adobe CS4 software on March 8 and the sale is turning into a nightmare with the buyer threatening to cancel his payment. He's received the software ok and paid quickly but I'm doing all I can to help him with the Transfer of License process but he doesn't seem to understand or be willing to to his part... I've called Adobe Support multiple times (to get info and case number) and did my part by uploading my copy of the Transfer of License form and all that's missing is his copy but can't seem to get him do this.
Please tell me what I did wrong because I did all I could to help and support him. I'm also doing this Transfer of License thing for the first time so I'm learning but he doesn't seem to see the effort I'm putting into this.
Solved! Go to Solution.

He can't just cancel the payment. If he persists on being stupid then tell him to return the item for his money back. He would have to open a case with ebay to try to steal his money back. So your response to this should be return the item for a full refund. He has to prove that it was delivered back to you before he gets a refund.
It would be better for you to have the item back instead of him getting the item and the money.
I just had a look at the link you provided in your auction and it is a straight forward process. You have an idiot buyer.

Thanks for the feedback!
I think I'll do just that i.e. ask him to return the item. He's been picking on some issues with the jewel case being broken even though I've posted a photo of the case in my listing, with the item in “Good” condition meaning with possible cracks to the casing.
I think he realized he paid too much (400$ while the last I've seen for this item was 250$) and now regrets it so he's threatening me to get his money back... He clearly didn't do his homework before buying and he also said he paid more to get my help.
I can assure you that I did all you could do to help him.

Nothing worse than buyers remorse.
