variation in cell phone category

I have just seen a listing http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Waterproof-Shockproof-Snow-Life-Dirt-Proof-Durable-Case-Cover-For-iPhone-4-4S... in the cell phone accessories category that includes a drop down menu for a color variation. However I can't seem to add variations to my listings in the same category. How did this seller get a variation drop down in this category?

No Kalvin, Customer Support cannot help me with this. I called them and the support rep I got on the phone had NO IDEA (her words) why one seller could list with variations in this category while I couldn't. She put me on hold and went to get a supervisor who also had no idea. She then told me she was "escalating" to the programmers and I would get a reply within 48 hours. That was on September 24, 7 days ago, and no one has even bothered to contact me back.
