I bought one of these 30/60/90 solar street light from China it came broke and without the remote, the package was open so no instruction no remote and no manufacturers name. I am trying to get a remote or at least the manufacturers name so I could contact them. Can anyone help me??

Honey, that's not gonna happen.

You want a refund for an Item Not As Described.

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Open a Not As Described dispute.

The first suggestion is to contact the seller.

Tell him about the damage and ask for a REFUND. You do not want a replacement. If you can attach pictures of the damaged parcel or item, do so.

He will offer a replacement. Do NOT accept a replacement.

Ask eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim.

EBay will instruct the seller to send you return shipping.

If he doesn't do so within (I think) 48 hours, tell eBay

You will be refunded.

If he does, make sure the shipping includes tracking and send it off.

When the tracking shows delivery, you will be refunded.

You do have to keep an eye on this. Don't expect it to be automatic.

Escalate your Claim as needed.

You have 30 days from delivery to open a Dispute.

I have a refund but still have the light I think it may work if I could get a remote

No I didn't try any where's because I figured only the remote made for the light work this one has on off delay 2 Hour 3 hour for hour so I'm assuming I would need that specific remote
