Bear in mind, that if the seller does not supply the proper documentation, customs info, etc when shipping item to the International Hub, that can be cause/reason for rejection of items to be forwarded beyond the International hub.

The seller doesn't need to supply customs documentation for an item that's going to be forwarded by eIS. That's the job of eIS. However, eIS does need relevant information to create that documentation, and looking at the listing page for the motherboard, the "Item Specifics" section really doesn't contain any information that eIS would require for creating a customs document of any kind.
This lack of information on the motherboard from the seller may be the reason why it dead-ended at the eIS hub, @devicemodder16.

There is another option. I have a forwarder in Florida called Myus.com and I typically send my packages there for sellers that do not ship out of country either on eBay or other e-commerce sites.
On several occasions I’ve suggested on this discussion forum that buyers use their own forwarding service if they don’t wish to use eBay’s and the seller is unwilling or unable to ship directly to Canada. However, this comes with the caveat that buyers forego most of their eBay purchase protections by going this route and they’re at the mercy of the forwarding agent in the event the item is lost or damaged in transit.

MyUS is definitely one of the more reputable international forwarding agents out there, but there are ones that aren’t as ethical.
