Hair locks of the Beatles, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe

In 2017 I bought a few "hair locks" that he was auctioning. I contacted seller and asked him where he obtained these and just how many of them did he have to sell? (as I was getting worried about their authenticity) He told me that he had inherited his father collection and that he had a very "limited" amount. Now, after seeing many more posts of his "hair locks" in 2017 and 2018, how can he still be selling them if he had a very limited amount? I messaged him about this and I am now "denied" from contacting him. Now I really am worried that these "hair locks" could be phony.
Anyone else have this problem? tks

Unless certified provenance supports these "locks", there is no way to know if he didn't get the hair from the local hairdresser. In this case the old adage applies "buyer beware"

Hello, he does include COA, LOA, Letters of Provenance, but are they legit?
But just how many of these things can you have? He has been selling just these since Feb 2014.
Over 300 in the last 12 mths? Somethings fishy.

i would check the resources in the certificates, that you have,, contact the people who issued the certificates.. if they are available.. and ask them how much did the seller purchase.. if you bought this item more than 6 month ago , your options are zero.. if you bought sooner than that, you have recourse through paypal up to 180 days.. best of luck..

and p.s. anyone with a printer can make c.o.a. and letters of provenance , it is up to the buyer to do their due diligence and check the sources..

Wow, I could smell this one coming just from the title.
You say provenance, but fake provenance isn't the end all be all either.
Even Chumlee wouldn't get suckered on this one.

Hello to all, The seller is a fraud, he continues to sell PLENTY OF HAIR From Marilyn, Elvis,Paul Mc Cartney, Bruce lee and more in 2020, the Coa or else does not link to any existing society, so the problem is he continues, so i contacted ebay.
