Help! need to find a refund on a ebay gift card

please someone help me out. I was refund for a folding bed that i didnt ever get from the seller from Paypal, not ebay, the problem is that i dont have the Ebay gift card any longer. i have called ebay for help about 7 times and no help was given, so if anybody has any ideas what i can do to get my balance please give me the info. i dont want to stop shopping with ebay but i will soon if i cant get simple problems fixed, and I don´t want to stop using ebay, i love ebay!

You bought a bed.

You paid through Paypal using an eBay gift card.

The bed did not arrive and you were refunded by Paypal.

 You do not have the eBay gift card.

I'm guessing the gift card was digital? Not a physical object with a balance encoded?

How do you know this?

Is there a credit on you Paypal account page?

If there is, the money from the card (was paid to the seller, reclaimed, refunded to you and) is now represented by the balance on your Paypal account.

You have the money, just in a different form.

You can use the Paypal balance to buy on eBay.

Or you can use the Paypal balance to make a payment to the bank account you have attached to the PP account.
