They appear reputable, but I am sorry for $120, I would not take the risk.
Open the claim and if/when the order gets to you and it is as it is supposed to be, you can always repay the seller.
I would never buy a preorder 6 months away and Ebay should not allow that to be posted.
I will leave the decision up to you and if you wish to take the risk, that is up to you.

Preorders are supposed to be available in 30 days. When exactly did you pay for it as you only have 180 days to file an INR claim with Paypal. Did you pay with a credit card. Is the seller still registered?
What was the price of the item and was it a new seller?
Some more information would be helpful

I would not accept that as you are almost out of time.
Go to Paypal and open an INR dispute to protect yourself.
Where is this supposed order coming from?

I stand by my suggestion to open a Paypal dispute right away.
This whole sale was completely against Ebay policies. You have no idea what you will receive or when.
How much money is involved?

Too many red flags.
If you open a Paypal dispute, that extends your Dispute period by another 20 days.
You have 180 days from PAYMENT for a PP dispute.
I'd mark Day 175 on your calendar and if your item hasn't arrived by then, open the Dispute.
Tracking is a Seller Protection.
If it proves anything arrived, you can't dispute on the basis that it didn't.
You can dispute as Not As Described.
BTW, what arrival window did eBay give you when you ordered? If you have that information.

Go to your purchase history: https://www.ebay.ca/myb/PurchaseHistory
Change the Orders display from "The last 60 days" to "2017" to see your order.
