I bought and paid for 2 items at the same time last week from one seller with 0 feedback.

The ad said seller will ship within 2 days of receiving payment. I paid right after bought both items on last week and now after 5 days still no shipping confirmed or any information if items has shipped or not. I contact seller asking when items to be shipped but never got any answer.

Today my credit card got charged by Paypal for the amount I paid for 2 items ($2,900) but I still don't know if items was shipped or will be shipped. I'm very nervous as I never heard from the seller once.

What should I do now ? Should I wait for the estimate delivery time ends in another 10 days  before anything can be done ? This is very worry some on the ignorance/rudeness of seller.

Please help me to do the right thing.

A few questions about the seller.  Where (country)  are they?   Lots of feedback as a seller?  How long have they been registered on eBay?

Both me & Seller are in Canada, seller joined eBay since Dec 2017 and has 0 feedback.

Shipping confirmation is not required before payment, but it is worrisome when you get none.

 

Open an Item-Not-Received claim on eBay if the purchase does not arrive by the estimated delivery time. eBay gives 30 days protection starting when the estimated delivery time period expires.

 

PayPal (if you used your account) also has protection (180 days from date of purchase).

 

Credit cards also may have non-delivery protection (that will vary by card, you may want to check, just in case).

New and occasional sellers don't get their payments immediately, by the way. The cleared payment is Held up to 21 days against their customer service.

Some sellers don't understand this, and it is not well explained.

Which is not you problem.

Open the Item Not Received dispute, the Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.

 

BTW, did the account have any feedback? The number /%  changes as time goes on, so if he has been inactive for a year, but was buying before that he could be just returning, or it might be a highjacked account.

But you are protected.
