Hello,
This is the 1st time I have ever had to do this. So I will give a break down of the events.
-Dec 11, 2020 I bought and Among Us action figure set for my kids.
-The said it shipped and gave a tracking number which never worked, estimated delivery date March 27 2021.
-I contacted them via email befor the date to ask if they can please update the tracking number. I got a reasponse that they would look into it.
-March 27 came and went, no item. April 3rd, 2021 I try to email the seller. I can no longer directly contact them.
-April 11, 2021 I tried again (thinking maybe it was a fluke), still can not contact them.
-April 30, 2021 called ebay. They told me they emailed the seller on my behalf and to wait 3 bussiness days
- Today May 5, 2021, still no email from seller. I call ebay back. They said I am no longer protected by the 30 day money back garentee (but how could I have ever been Dec 11, 2020 to arraival March 27, 2021. Maybe in the Covid times they should extend that policy). The lady I spoke with told me to go on these forms and basically write this story. I am not sure what writing on here will help at all. I can't seem to contact the seller to ask for either a refund, or if they could please resend the original item which seemingly was sucked into a black hole. I actually would perfer the item so my kids can have thier thrill of getting something in the mail. Next time I guess I should just order something like this off of Amazon.....

If you used PayPal to make your payment, you should still be protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection Program as that's active for 180 days from the date of purchase. You should be able to make a claim of non-delivery on the Paypal website, but do it now. Let us know if you need help with that.

March 27 arrival date would mean ebay's 30 day protection would have been March 28 to April 27. You missed the deadline by a couple of days.
If you paid with paypal there is 180 day protection from date of purchase, you have until June 9.
If you paid with credit card, contact the card provider to see what protection they have for non-delivery (this differs a lot between credit cards).

As a learning experience.
If the last estimated date for delivery was March 27, there is a very good chance that the seller has no goods at all and depends on buyers forgetting their purchase when it doesn't arrive, or being unclear on how to open an Item Not Received Dispute.
It doesn't help that the unhappy buyer is encouraged to work with the seller on problems. With a scammer, this just means he has another chance to schmooze you into not following through with the Dispute.
Free Shipping on overseas purchases means cheap slow Surface shipping. It will normally take three months (or these days, more) to arrive.
Look for a faster option and be willing to pay for the speed.

As other have said, PayPal is your next step if you paid with that.

Thank you all for taking the time to read and help me with my problem. This is the 1st time I have not been covered by ebay's protection, that and the pandemic are factors why I choose to wait as long as I did. Lesson learned, I will wait the estimated time and that is it. I also have filed with PayPal, so I will see how that goes. Thank you agian to everyone.
Stay safe,
Megan
