Items I purchased over a month ago have not been shipped. The seller is not responding to my messages - I waited over a month to contact ebay... I am furious. I have bought 100's of items through ebay, and now Ebay is not helping me whatsovever.
I have been buying a lot of sports cards over the past year now. With this specific purchase, I lost track of when I ordered a few cards from a seller. When I realized the cards had not yet arrived, I messaged the seller a few times, but never received a reply. So then I called Ebay. But because the item was supposed to arrive a little over a month ago (past the one month barrier), Ebay is not helping me at all. Ebay is letting this buyer steal. On top of that, the seller has many reviews concerning the same issue, yet Ebay is letting it happen again. I know I waited a little too long, but I am furious right now. I should be upset, right?!
