License free radios

what do I look up for radios that dont need license thanks ?

Can you help us with a bit more information?   Are you referring to 2 way radios?  CB radios.  Bose table top radios?  Or....?

I bought my clock radio at London Drugs.

And a windup one (for camping) at Lee Valley Tools.

I don't think even the UK still still licenses radios and televisions.

Search for FRS Radios.

They do not require licences.

CB Radios don't require licences either but FRS Radios are more compact. CBs are old school outdated technology.

The UK still requires Television Licences. However if you are over 65 they waive the fee.
